The team at Mid-Valley Health did an awesome job helping me rehab multiple complex chronic health conditions! Everyone is incredibly warm, understanding and kind. They will always be my first call for any health concerns in the future for sure!

I’ve been going to Mid-Valley health centre for about five years, they are by far the best physiotherapy I’ve ever been treated by. They are the first clinic to help me permanently get my back pain under control, they provided and are still treating my shoulder both pre and post surgery. I’ve tried many clinics all over the country and nothing compares to the professionalism, expertise, and results I’ve received here. After breaking my leg, I experienced significant muscle loss with recovering from surgery & it felt like I was re-learning how to walk. Meanwhile raising a baby & having to walk 2 flights of stairs to enter my home, which made things more interesting. I was referred to physiotherapy for what my surgeon said to be “extensive rehab”. Not only was this a physical struggle, but a mental/emotional struggle also. Physiotherapy became something I enjoyed, not just something I went to. It was challenging but also very motivating , encouraging & surprisingly uplifting for that time of my life. I would recommend not skipping your physiotherapy & going to see Mr. Kale Burbine at Mid-Valley Health Centre.
