Click on practitioner’s name and scroll down until you see “Add yourself to [practitioner] wait list.” We will do our best to get you in as soon as possible!

Please fill out your intake form before your appointment or arrive 15 minutes early to do so. This may cut into your appointment time if forms have not been filled out

Kindly give us 48 hours to change or cancel an appointment. Our practitioners have set aside time for your appointment and late cancellations or no shows make it difficult to book in other patients who may be in need of a treatment. Late cancellations or no shows will be subject to a fee. Thank you for understanding.
