Insurance-Based Option If you plan to use extended health benefits, please follow the next steps: - Please return to booking page and book a 30 Min Virtual Initial Assessment: A one-time 30-minute assessment with a clinical professional (Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Naturopathic Doctor, or RMT) is required. - Cost: $79 (typically eligible for insurance reimbursement). - Next Steps: Following the assessment, you can immediately begin 30 or 60-minute assisted stretch sessions. - Benefit: As this is under a clinical health discipline, there is no HST. - If you have already done the initial, please continue with booking
