Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hrs notice for any appointments that need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Clients who provide less than 24 hrs notice or no-show, will charged a cancellation fee of the full value of their appointment.. We understand that situations happen, but this policy respects the clients and practitioners’ time and the time and opportunity for access for those clients who are on our waitlist. These boundaries are set to ensure that we’re able to support as many individuals and operate effectively for you.
All clients using our online booking system will receive an email confirmation when your booking is complete. If you don’t receive this email after booking, please text the clinic to verify. With your Account, you will be able to schedule appointments, cancel upcoming appointments and view your appointment history.

Welcome to Modern Alchemist! We are located inside Within Wellness, 200, 207 14st NW, Calgary, Alberta. Come up the stairs and there is a waiting area, we ask you to kindly remove your shoes. Please help yourself to water or coffee and we will come get you.
Parking Instructions: there is a parking lot right beside the building or there is free parking on 2nd Ave on the street.
Preparing For Your Visit:
