Great experience with Jorelle! He applied excellent pressure that helped relieve my pain and discomfort. As a Deaf patient, I appreciated his effort to communicate using voice-to-text, which made everything smooth and comfortable. Another one, great experience with Sam! I’ve visited him multiple times for help with my legs and joints from running, and he has always been very helpful. He is patient, and we were able to communicate easily using the Cardzilla app. He was very kind and even asked if I wanted some water, which meant a lot to me. He understood exactly which areas of my body were in pain and worked effectively to relieve them. He also consistently checks in to make sure everything feels good throughout the session. From my first visit, I also noticed how clean and fresh the environment was—it smelled great and felt very healthy and welcoming. Everything looked clean and well-maintained. Enoch and Choma kindly booked us in last minute on Valentine's day. They went above and beyond and stayed late for us after their shifts ended. After they worked a full day, they still exceeded our expectations as they put in so much effort into making our experience special. Enoch has a calming, professional and kind demeanor. He is amazing at what he does. My husband tried the new hot stone massage that Enoch offers and he said he would never get a regular massage again after discovering how amazing this massage was. Enoch does it differently than other places - it is a unique experience that I highly recommend trying. He plays calming music and the room is so relaxing you could fall asleep if you wanted to. He is knowledgeable and was also a personal trainer which is an added bonus as he gives great advice for after care if you have any ongoing pain issues. Choma did body work on me and loosened up my stiff shoulders and back. I had a shoulder injury and she applied the right amount of pressure to fix me up. She is a strong girl so she can do some good deep tissue work. It was the perfect healing massage with genuine good conversation. She is a kind, caring, sweet person and I felt immediate relief in my tense areas. Getting to connect with her put me in such a good mood and I didn't want my massage to end! The room was clean and comfy. Both Enoch and Choma are incredible in the work that they do. You can tell how much they truly care about you. They listen to your concerns, needs and adjust the pressure as needed. I've had many massages at fancy spas before but these two definitely are my favorite. Excellent relaxing massages with Deja! Her sessions are relaxing, and her technique effectively targets my areas of tension. I also enjoy the calming atmosphere. She provided helpful stretches for my upper back tension to practice at home.

My partner and I have tried many RMTs here over the years. Overall, the clinic environment is consistently clean and relaxing - it feels more like a wellness space than a typical medical clinic, which we really appreciate. Our therapist experiences have been mixed. We’ve had a few sessions where the therapist talked a lot, lacked focus, or only provided very light pressure without real deep tissue work. In some cases, the quality started strong but declined over time. That said, we’ve had excellent experiences with Sam and Jorrel. Sam is highly professional and very skilled in deep tissue massage, especially for neck and shoulder issues. Most importantly, his work ethic and consistency have never declined over time - every session is thorough and effective. Jorrel is exceptional. I’ve only had a few sessions with him, but they’ve been the best massage experiences I’ve had in Canada across multiple cities and provinces. His technique is rare - very intuitive, deeply effective, and similar to TCM approaches. He understands knots, pressure points, deep tissue, and lymphatic work instinctively from the first session.
