Please follow these steps to book your appointment: Complete an Intake Form Once your form is submitted, you can book one of the following on this booking site: A free 15-minute phone consultation or, An intake session for a psychoeducational, gifted, or adult ADHD assessment In-person assessment sessions are booked by phone at the conclusion of your intake session Feel free to review our Services and FAQs for more information.
