“EDIT: I am editing my review after being contacted by both the doctor and the owner of the clinic, who took the time to explain their position regarding why treatment was not performed. They also offered to rectify the situation in a way that went above and beyond what I expected, and I genuinely appreciated the professionalism and care they showed in handling my concerns afterward.
While the original experience was still frustrating in the moment, I do not believe it reflects poorly on the clinic or practitioners overall, and it may have ultimately come down to a miscommunication surrounding expectations and comfort levels with late-term pregnancy treatment.
Original: I was really disappointed with my experience here. Before booking, I specifically called around to ask whether clinics were comfortable treating women in their third trimester because I’m 37 weeks pregnant and in severe pain to the point where I can barely walk properly. I was assured over the phone that this wouldn’t be a problem.
However, after arriving and being put through several painful assessment positions, I was then told that no adjustments would actually be done. At that point, I honestly feel the appointment should have ended instead of continuing, because I essentially paid for no treatment and left in the exact same amount of pain as when I arrived.
I completely respect practitioners having boundaries or limitations with pregnancy treatment, but honesty upfront is important. If the clinic was not comfortable adjusting someone this far along in pregnancy, that should have been communicated before booking the appointment. I could have spent that time and money pursuing a massage or another treatment that may have actually provided relief.
I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and misled about the type of care that would be provided.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I’ve been coming to MCFC for the past eight months to address a range of issues, including hip, knee, shoulder, and lower back pain stemming from overuse and sports-related injuries. Before this, I tried several clinics with limited success, which was incredibly frustrating.
Dr. Kelly, acupuncturist Rebecca, and physiotherapist Vin have provided a level of care and expertise that has made a real difference. Their treatments have allowed me to continue playing sports at a high level with little to no interruption—and, importantly, without recurring injuries.
I have nothing but positive things to say about the clinic as a whole. The space is clean and well-maintained, the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and the overall organization makes booking appointments quick and easy, even on short notice.

“Kelly is exactly what I needed today.
She is THOROUGH, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly knows her stuff.
I work out for a living, and my body is constantly tight. Sometimes I can’t even get an adjustment because everything is so locked up—but Kelly’s preparation work beforehand made all the difference. I have never experienced it before.
Kelly adjusts her technique to EACH body. She meets you where you’re at and today I was super tight.

“I had an amazing experience at this clinic today. I saw Lan (RMT) and John (Chiropractor) — both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Lan gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had, super thorough and focused on the exact areas I needed. John explained everything clearly and adjusted me perfectly — I felt lighter and more mobile right after.
Also, shout-out to Harper and Sush at the front desk. They were warm, welcoming, and made the whole check-in and checkout process smooth.
