Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we have the opportunity to offer that time to another patient in need.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations & No-shows: Subject to a full 100% cancellation fee.
