If you are a new patient, you will receive separate emails prior to your appointment with all our required forms (new patient intake, direct billing consent). Please complete these forms ahead of time, to ensure that your appointment time can be spent on treatment.

If you have an active ICBC claim, please ensure that you book an ‘ICBC Initial Assessment & Treatment’ or an ‘ICBC Subesquent Appointment’.

If the appointment you have booked is not as soon as you would like, please make sure you are on our cancellation list. You can do this through your Jane (online booking) account, or by calling our clinic at 250 590-5003.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms on the day of your appointment, we ask that you please consider rescheduling.
