Returning Clients : If you have not been to the clinic in 3 months or longer, please book an Initial Assessment for your visit.
A late cancellation or missed appointment creates an unfilled slot in the therapists’ schedule that could have been used by another patient. Therefore, we require at least 24 hours of notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will incur a $50.00 fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file and cannot be billed to Extended Health Insurance or ICBC. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
