“Mel is the best rmt there is — full stop. She is very knowledgeable and talented at actually finding the source of your pain points and providing relief. She is always booked out and rightfully so, and definitely deserves nothing less than 5 stars. I would be sad to not have her as my RMT. “This was terrible.
I made a reservation a week ago. I even got an email about the appointment and a message the day of the appointment. However 20 minutes before my appointment I get a call saying that they're not taking new patients and saying they're cancelling my appointment. I was surprised and explained to the lady that I made an appointment through their website. I asked "was this a technical error?" The lady replied without a single remorse and said "not at all". I would've understood if they cancelled my appointment even a day before but just 20 minutes before is unbelieveable. “This was my first time EVER getting a professional relaxation massage. I was nervous that I would not like it or that I would feel uncomfortable. Melanie was so professional, easy going and funny.
