Cancellation/No Show:
We kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations/changes as soon as possible. The more notice we receive, the better opportunity we have to offer the spot to another patient. Any cancellations with less than 24hrs notice or missed/no-show appointments will be subject to a charge of the full appointment fee that will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please bring in your insurance information to see if direct billing is allowed for your insurance plan.

“Yamini is Wonderfully personable and professional at helping you get back to doing what you want to do. My son separated his shoulder in June. He was in a lot of pain and had almost no range of motion. Yamini worked with him twice a week for 7 weeks and not only did he get his range back, he was able to play in the Canadian Junior Ultimate (Frisbee) Championships and bring home a medal! “First off I would like say Yamini is a wonderful person. She is very professional but makes you feel comfortable. I had an injury from a while back that has been giving me constant back pain all the time and Yamini fit me in , in her busy schedule when I had a flare up. She has worked with me and has brought me back to 25% better. We still have a lot of work but she has helped me so much and I feel relief afterwards.
