Single Session (Combined RLT + IR)

FIRST TIME USING THE SAUNA? CHOOSE THIS OPTION: 1 40-minute session where you can choose to combined Infrared (IR) & Red Light Therapy (RLT) at no additional cost, or just use one of them. Our sauna is fully equipped with both, as well as chromotherapy! Single session for infrared sauna and red-light therapy. This non-invasive wellness treatment is designed to support overall health and well-being. These therapies may help with pain relief, muscle recovery, skin health stress reduction and more. We utilize a Sanctuary 2, 2-person sauna. Only an additional $20+GST to add a 2nd person to any session; only $15+GST if you have any active recurring membership! Just let us know when you arrive and we will add the fee to your session. You can book a maximum of 2 sessions back to back, if you would like. It will be the same price as 2 sessions would be, either individually, or on your package/membership. We still advise a 10 minute buffer between your 40 minutes to cool down and hydrate, though no one will be coming in to clean between sessions, so a good option for experienced sauna-people who would like a longer session to perhaps incorporate more stretching, mindfulness, etc. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK We also offer packages & memberships!
