A Sacred Summer Gathering. As summer settles in around us, the world feels a little brighter. The days stretch longer, gardens bloom, and life invites us back into connection with nature, with one another, and with ourselves. Join us on for a sacred evening of community, creativity, movement, and mindful connection as we gather to honour the season of light. Together, we’ll explore the energy of summer before venturing out into the community to gather natural treasures and share small acts of kindness along the way. We’ll then return to create nature mandalas, share in a Reiki Mawashi meditation, and move gently through sun salutations as we soak in the beauty of the season. This gathering is an invitation to pause. To notice the beauty that surrounds you. To connect with your own inner light. To remember that light grows when it is shared.
