“I had a terrible experience at this dental office and will be moving my entire family elsewhere. I originally had a cosmetic filling applied to cover a worn area of a tooth. During the procedure, part of the tooth was ground down to prep the filling, but not properly covered, leaving me with extreme sensitivity and pain. Pain I did not have prior to their work. When I contacted the office, they encouraged me to come in immediately, even though the dentist who performed the original work was not there. I made it clear that I was willing to wait for the original dentist, but they recommended coming sooner because I was in pain. When I arrived, the office was completely disorganized. They did not know which room to place me in, their equipment was not working, and I had to change rooms twice. The dentist seemed very hesitant to help and initially suggested removing or smoothing down more of the filling, even though I repeatedly explained that the issue was inadequate coverage. They began freezing my tooth, then left me lying there for approximately 10 minutes. When the dentist returned, I was told they would not help me because the original filling had been completed by another dentist in the office. Despite knowing I was in significant pain and specifically scheduling me for urgent treatment, they refused to correct the problem. I spoke with the team and clearly expressed my frustration, but nobody took responsibility for bringing me in when they were apparently unwilling to provide treatment. A patient’s pain should be prioritized over concerns about correcting another dentist’s work. Because of how poorly this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this office.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Dr Gorrell and his staff have been so understanding. After getting extensive work done with him it has helped me work through my anxiety after a horrific experience I had a few months ago. He is thorough, listens and takes great care to not cause pain. “I am very disappointed in this establishment. My girlfriend went recently and mentioned her severe anxiety towards the dentist and they did not acknowledge nor accommodate for it. Also knowing that we do not have any benefit plans or insurance they still pushed the most expensive treatments and almost judged about choosing the less expensive treatment.”Lire la suiteRéduire
