“I have to give a 3 star review as the accessibility into the clinic is very difficult for seniors with disabilities. The ramp to get to the front door is very long. My senior mom had to stop twice as her legs were in so much pain, and she was out of breath. Once we reached the entrance, there was no option to place shoe covers over my moms footwear. She is unable to take her own shoes on and off herself. The receptionist desk is quite the long walk again, and the desk is so high, my short elderly mom with her disabilities had a hard time standing up to check in ( and afterwards to pay and leave ) . When called for her appointment, it was such a long walk to the exam room, she was exhausted, and in so much pain. Carson was lovely, and had meaningful conversation with my mom. The issue is the location, and layout of this dentist. Quite disappointed it is not designed with elderly, and persons with disabilities in mind.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“My husband and I went in to get him new dentures. It was 20 or so years since his one and only set. We rang the bell and went inside. Bright, beautiful, welcoming and we only got through the door. We make our way to the desk and we were welcomed. Smiles, warm greetings. We felt like we belonged. Filled out the necessary paperwork, everything was explained to us in detail. No need for guessing. We were taken back to the room right on time. Again warm, friendly inviting. Like visiting with friends. Fantastic explanation of what we could do if we chose to do so. No high pressure sales. The teeth were made when they said they would be, explanation of after care was fantastic. We went back for a tune up and again we got in that day. Thank you for giving my husband back his smile. “Carson and her Team were nothing but great to deal with from start to finish. My teeth were in terrible condition and dealing with the pain and my confidence was at an all time low I was finally able to make the change. When doing my research on places to go they were highly recommended and I can see why their office was clean and chic and welcoming and the exam rooms were clean with top of the line equipment.They aren't just great at the work themselves they genuinely care about how you feel in your new smile. I have a crazy work schedule and the Team were awesome to work with me for maintenance and adjustments appointments. “Amazing team. State of the art technology. Very compassionate about not only their jobs but people as well. I started my journey in dentures 5 years ago and just recently moved to the area. Carson and Nikki took on the challenge to complete my journey. My smile is amazing and Nachako Ridge continues to work with me regularly to get make it perfect! I am also blown away by the knowledge and technology this clinic has. Carson and Nikki are cutting edge in regards to dentures. Amazing knowledge and constantly learning. I beleive there is nothing these two cannot achieve all well making sure your concerns and worries are heard. “I was having a very hard time dealing with the entire premise of getting a denture. I was scared and frankly a mess. The staff at Nechako Ridge Denturist had so much patience and compassion for me. Not only do my teeth look beautiful, they're also extremely natural. No one can tell I had all my upper teeth removed. The office is calm, clean and beautiful.
