Had a 90 minute massage with Alexa. She was excellent. Worked out some deep issues that were hanging around in my back for far too long. Great place very clean and cozy. I will be going back for my next massage.

I've been a client of Melissa from Needle or Knot for over 3 years. She is caring, approachable, funny, welcoming, extreamly knowledgable and one of the best RMT I've ever seen for massage as well as acupuncture. First off the clinic is very clean and welcoming. Melissa is professional and very knowledgeable in massage. My massage was very relaxing and focused on relieving stress and tension in my neck from a previous car accident. Even after filling out my in take form she still took further steps to understand my current pain. Her ability to adjust the massage to my needs exceeded my expectations as I have nerve sensitivity and she accommodated the pressure of the massage to really allow me to relax and wind down. 100% would recommend Melissa at Needle or Knot.Lire la suiteRéduire

I have been seeing both Alexa and Melissa for years now! Alexa is very apt at massage and identifying particularly bad areas that need treatment and is always very personable, warm and lovely to work with! Her knowledgeable approach is based in a nurturing countenance and supported with years of massage experience. Melissa has healing hands that are trained in many techniques including acupuncture, osteopathy and massage (and more) and has helped me with so many tricky health issues over the years. I have been a repeat client of hers for her acupuncture expertise especially when western medicine has failed me or has been unable to completely see the whole picture! Mellisa is welcoming and friendly.The room is professional. She listens to my needs, and takes care to use comfortable techniques to help me relax and ease my muscle /body tension. I see her monthly and as needed . I highly recommend all she has to offer.
