“Dr. Nav Johal and staff are unparalleled when it comes to patient care. Dr. Johal and his team go above and beyond to assure a positive appointment from start to finish. “I was originally referred to Dr. Nav Johal by Dr. Bahi at New England Clinic, and trusted that I would be in good hands. I spent close to $10,000 on a dental bridge, only to end up with a faulty result that damaged my bite, caused it to recede, and created additional complications. I eventually had to seek out a qualified specialist to fix the issues. When I brought these problems to Dr. Nav Johal, he refused to take responsibility or correct the work, despite clear evidence of the error. As a result, the matter is now being handled in court. Additionally Dr Nav Johal operates under a different business name and when informed of legal proceedings refused to provide his business name for legal purposes. This experience has been expensive, stressful, and completely avoidable. I strongly suggest others exercise caution before seeking treatment here. Beware. “Nicholson dental is a great clinic. Highly recommended. Friendly, welcoming staff. A “second to none” assortment of popular magazines, a comfortable waiting room and beautiful, spa-like washrooms. And, the dental support is excellent!”

“Our whole family has been coming here since 2018. Dr.Johal and the entire staff are amazing. Lauren and Hysen (I know I spelled that wrong) are so easy to work with in scheduling as they understand how hard it is with kids so they work around our schedule when booking appointments. All the hygienists are super caring, especially with the kids! Lauren and Hysen let the kids put on whatever they want on Netflix while waiting. Our kids literally walk in, say hi and grab the remote - making them motivated to come in for teeth cleaning. Lauren has babysat my 2 year old while I came in for a check up too! Whole office is always clean. One minute walk from home so location obviously can't be beat either. :)”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had been going here since I was a child, close to 25 years, but recently I ended up needing a Gum graft that was caused from tartar being pushed down into my gums during.. the gap around my tooth was noticed during x Rays but was just told to keep an eye on it, well did it ever get bad!! The most pain iv felt and it could have been prevented if I was sent to specialist when first noted. When I went back to the dentist after the procedure, he didn't even talk to me about needing an entire bone graft and spent less than a minute checking my teeth but also said I had a start of a cavity but let's keep an eye on it... well I know how that translates to let's wait till it gets way worse and I get to charge a bigger bill. There had also been a couple instances where I was charged after having x rays done as they dont properly check your provider in advance for coverage and just leave you with the Bill after. “Dr Johal has been my dentist for 10 years. I have always been pleased with the quality of service provided at his clinic. Dr Johal and his hygienists have been wonderful with my 6 year old son.
