“Would not recommend Nicola Eye Care. They literally said they are ‘so busy’ that they don’t care if customers bring move their business else where. If you’re looking for good customer service, defiantly look else where!”

“Something blew under my safety glasses at work yesterday. I was in agony after flushing my eyes several times and called around to local offices to see if I could get in. I'm new in town, and luckily I happened to ask someone who recommended Nicola Eye Care. When they heard what was going on, they told me to come right away. The front desk staff were unforgettably amazing to me, and even took me outside afterwards to point to the nearest drugstores. Dr. Ann Byard was very sweet and gentle and explained that I had a giant corneal abrasion. I appreciate everything you did for me. I would have been at home last night terrified and probably still trying to find the non-existent thing that I felt was in my eye if I hadn't gotten into your office so quickly. “I have been going to Nicola Eye Care since I have been a child! I love the environment! And the new place is awesome. I have gone to Dr.Mathieson since I was a child, and now my children go to him as well. He is great with them, very kind and patient. “I booked an appt for my kids which is supposed to be free, however due to a a mixup with my email, I never got a reminder. They charged me $100 for missing their appts. Which after speaking to them was rescinded. I rebooked with them again, when our family got hit with the flu. We missed again and they sent a bill for $200 for the original rescinded appt and the second missed. No flexibility for low income families.”Lire la suiteRéduire
