CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours and your appointment cannot be rebooked with another patient from our waitlist, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the missed appointment.

“(I’m writing this on my husbands account as I don’t have one) I just finished an appointment with Jenna and it was genuinely the best massage I have ever had. She really listened to what i needed and focused on the problem areas. My neck and back have been bothering me for a long time and after the massage, I’ve never felt more relaxed. “Booked 2 massage apps for Jul 21 on Jul 10 via text. Confirmed for that date and time. On the day of the appointment i was told for some reason the appointments were not entered and they couldn't accommodate the appointments. I still have the text messages to prove it was taken, but nothing was done to accommodate us. We booked a weekend getaway and drove 2.5 hours to be in the area. “Their website advertise direct billing but they are unwilling to make the effort. To make matter worst they lie to me stating that my provider did not want to pay so I had pay directly. I don t like being lie to. I would not go back for that reason. I am myself a business owner and would not lie to my client it is bad ethic.
