Attire - For physio appointments please bring appropriate clothes such as shorts and running shoes for lower body treatments.

Parking - We are conveniently located directly across from Lot 2, the 2 hour free parking lot on Oak St. We recommend you park there as street parking can be limited. Furthermore, “reserved” parking along our building is reserved for employees of multiple businesses. Parking there may result in a ticket.
