New Clients:
If this is your first time booking with us, please schedule under the FREE CONSULTATIONS section on your chosen therapist’s booking page. Not sure who might be the best fit for you? We recommend starting with a free 15-minute consultation—available in person, by phone, or via video—with one or more therapists. You’re also welcome to reach out to the admin@nwocc.ca for guidance.
If you don’t see a CLIENT CONSULTATION option listed for a therapist, it may mean their schedule is currently full. However, if there’s someone you’re particularly interested in working with, don’t hesitate to reach out—we may be able to find a creative way to fit you in. You can also join their WAITLIST, and either they or the admin will be in touch as soon as possible.
