“Dr. Trung Ngo at Novah Healthcare was such a gentle, friendly and genuine person, he really cares abd is deeply invested in truly helping his patients to heal. I sought out Nova Healthcare services to help me heal from a pretty terrible concussion i got just a week ago. Dr Ngo was very knowledgeable and through in his examination and assessment of my symptoms and history. I was very much satisfied and happy with his conclusions and the options presented to me for treatment. Today I received treatnent for my neck and shoulders. The exercises and massage was very relaxing and soothing. I am sure with the exercises I was given to do on my own at home plus my weekly visits, I'll be good as new in no time. I truly am so greatful to have found Dr. Trung Ngo and Novah Health, and I feel really hopeful for a full recovery from the effects of my concussion.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had debilitating muscle spasms in my neck. Dr. Ngo was able to see me on very short notice, diagnosed the problem and began effectively treating the injury immediately. I was able to return two consecutive days to continue treatments to help speed up recovery. Outstanding service, very knowledgeable, and more than reasonably priced, given the quality of care. “Always a pleasure to go there because I always leave feeling so much better than when I went in. I have literally gone in on crutches and walked out carrying them. Donna is great at finding the trouble spots and freeing them up. Dr.Ngo follows up with care and a program to prevent recurrence. “The team at Novah Healthcare are amazing! They are truly great at what they do. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, but what sets them a part from other clinics (and I tried a few) is their patient care. They are kind, they listen and remember, they want and give you the best treatment for your pain and/or goals. I told Dr. Ngo I wanted to run my first marathon and he quickly set up a team to help me achieve it. I saw Dr. Ngo for chiropractor services, Donna Padua RMT, for massages, and Ashton Lo, Pedorthist to examine my feet/legs. Dr. Ngo- Helped me recover from a minor sprain quickly so I could continue to train. I totally experienced a difference whenever I got adjusted. I participated in Dr. Ngo’s Resilience Program and I am forever changed as a person. I learned how the mind and body need to work together and why that’s important. Sounds simple, but really it changed my life for the better. He also showed up at my marathon with his wife and three little kids to show support! I am so grateful for Dr. Ngo. He is caring, supportive, and really good at what he does. I recommend him and Novah Healthcare to anyone who wants that connection and care. Donna- I had weekly massages to help me recovery quickly during training and post-race. She is great at what she does and I always felt better after our sessions. I looked forward to seeing her and never wanted the massages to end. She also makes great conversation and is so funny! Ashton- Analyzed my walk/run and gave me exercises to keep my feet/legs strong and ready to take on all the kilometres. I asked if I needed orthotics and he said I had good running shoes already and didn’t need them. I appreciated his honesty. He wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, instead he was focused on getting me ready for my race. Stacey- She is the receptionist and is amazing at what she does. She kept my appointments organized during training and helped me move them seamlessly whenever I had to reschedule. Plus she’s super friendly!
