“What a dump , the female staff member pretty much just stares at the tv , mumbles very few words (if you can understand her). This is a cash register nothing more , the equipment is dirty ,muscle stimulator barely functioning, the ministry needs to be aware of what is going on here , I have never seen staff so utterly disengaged from the clients in my life , the good reviews astound me , obviously most people have not been to a properly run professional clinic . You are pretty much on your own here , the female staff member may have uttered or more correctly mumbled a total of twenty words over a ten week period , thrust equipment at me and gave me blank stares , you are expected to run your own program here , don’t bug the staff especially the female , she’s got tv to watch, I will be contacting the ministry, dump ,pure dump !!!! “Would have been nice if staff had advised only one parent would be allowed at initial screening for our minor child. Wasted 2+ hours of my workday and disrespected our family commitment to our child's health.”

“The staff are not professional especially recipients. She acting very rude. They changed the appointment by them self and the did not inform me about the changes. When I come to the appointment, they said you don’t have an appointment at this time. “I went for ohip provided coverage for a knee replacement. There was a different person every time, and no one seemed to have a clue what exercises I should be doing. Nonetheless, they left me to do them on my own. No one ever commented on whether I was doing them correctly or not. When I left, I was provided with a list of exercises that didn't resemble the ones that I've been given. Disorganized! Incompetent!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“As this was my first ever full body massage, I was not sure what to expect. From the moment I got through the front door, I was welcomed by Candace in a very professional and friendly manner. From the filling out of the forms to introducing me to Sandra, my Massage Therapist. I found the treatment itself to be both relaxing and refreshing & Sandra to be very professional asking if she was applying too much or too little force or pressure, all the time explaining what she was going to do as she was doing it. “Jordan and Tenzin are first rate physiotherapists. I broke my elbow last year and had to undergo surgery. After that I dislocated my knee in an unrelated fall. The variety and pacing of the exercises I got here fixed me up close to 100%. Time and continued exercise at home will do the rest.
