Cancellation & Re-Scheduling Notice Requirements

Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and Counselling appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling.

Naturopathic Medicine, Medical Aesthetics, and Laser Hair Removal appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling.

Appointments cancelled without the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All first-time IV Therapy patients are required to book a 15-minute consultation either prior to, or together with, their initial IV appointment. Please notify the clinic if you have difficult veins, anxiety, or a history of fainting related to blood draws or IV therapy.

Laser Hair Removal Consult Requirement

All first-time Laser Hair Removal patients are required to book a 30-minute consultation prior to treatment.
