24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and no-shows leave unfillable gaps in our practitioners’ schedules and result in lost income for the practitioner who reserved that time specifically for you. Therefore, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee .
