“Just had some work done here. 2 appointments with some extreme cleaning. Freezing and the works. I have never had a better experience anywhere. This place is amazing. “I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had with Dr. Gainey and his staff. I had to have a gum graft done and it was something I tried to avoid for years and would have nightmares about it and I was really terrified going into it, but Dr. Gainey has such a positive personality that honestly made me feel so at ease about it. After my consultation even though I was still scared I knew that Dr. Gainey would make me feel safe and calm during the procedure. Looking back and reflecting on the experience and how scared I was for much of my adult life over having to get this done and just how easy he made this for me makes me emotional. He is the exact perfect fit for this job as many people are nervous with getting these types of procedures. The staff are excellent as well, any time I have had concerns over my healing I was able to send them pictures via email to show Dr. Gainey so I didn’t have to book an appointment, the staff are so friendly you feel like family when you’re there and they are super accommodating. “I have been in to see Dr Gainey and staff for several years. They all are so knowledgeable and friendly, if the hygienist has any questions Dr. Gainey will come in to see and put us at ease. Although this is not my most favorite place to visit, the staff always make me feel at ease, and am assured of good dental and gum care. “On my last appointment with my hygienist Donna, I explained about a problem I was having with a back tooth. She asked Dr. Gainey to have a look, and as always he was so calming and helpful. He had x rays taken and then gave me we a thorough assessment and we had a discussion as to what action should be taken. It was then that we discovered that I had been seeing them since 2002 and we had saved that tooth and had improved my dental health so much over the last 13 years. Dr. Gainey did 2 implants for me approximately 5 years ago and did such a wonderful job, I am so happy that I had the implants done and do recommend the procedure to others.
