Paul Leduc is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. My favorite part about his practice is his sense of humor and positive attitude, in addition to the fact that he helped heal my sciatica/herniated disc pain in just over 1 week. Prior to seeing Paul, I went to chiropractor, physio, the pain clinic, and had an MRI with KGH. I was in so much pain I could barely drive to work, or sit down. It was going on for 8 months with no solution, and my doctor was at the point of referring me to see a neurosurgeon to discuss back surgery at 27 years old. I was feeling low, frustrated, and vulnerable/disconnected from my body. I’m so grateful to have made the choice to go see Paul. He gave me 2 simple exercises, to try and to come see him again in a month. Consistency and self determination is key here - I did the exercises every day and by the middle of the second week I was waking up pain free and going about my day pain free. A complete 180 from my previous 8 months of pain. Paul is magic! Unbelievable that the smallest, strength training movements worked so fast. Thanks to Paul’s knowledge and expertise, they obviously targeted the exact area it needed to. He also makes the exercises accessible based on whether you have access to a gym or not. Not only are they simple programs to follow, but he puts a lot of care into making sure people leave his practice feeling confident and hopeful. Go see Paul!Lire la suiteRéduire

Mark seems to have an intuition about areas of the body that will benefit most from massage. Highly recommended

Have seen Paul a few times cause I was not making much progress with my ankle and heel after two ORIF surgeries. The amount of flexibility and range I have been able to unlock with him is nothing short of a miracle. He pushes in all the right ways and his attitude, passion and most importantly his knowledge is incredible. Couldn’t recommend him enoughLire la suiteRéduire

In 2017, I suffered a fractured skull, a traumatic brain injury, and cervical compression in my neck. My life changed instantly. I could no longer continue my career as a geological scientist, and the sports and life I loved were dramatically altered. Over many years, I saw countless doctors and specialists. In 2022, after reaching my limit with pharmaceuticals, my doctors helped wean me off my medications. It was an extremely difficult process that required deep support from my family and friends. Chronic nerve pain, entanglement, and inflammation severely impacted my quality of life. It affected my relationships, my identity, and how I showed up in the world. Pain became a constant companion. Through it all, I leaned heavily on my faith and my relationship with a higher power. While I had brief windows of relief over the years, the pain always returned. By year seven, I could manage longer stretches—but I still could not run or play the sports I loved. In September 2025, I felt clearly guided to connect with Okanagan Sports Therapy. I first met with Mark Leduc, who conducted a thorough, professional assessment and helped pinpoint the true source of my issues. He then referred me to his brother, Paul Leduc. Paul and Connor performed a detailed assessment of my head, neck, shoulders, and spinal mobility. They explained everything clearly, honestly, and in a way I could truly understand. They told me healing was possible—and I believed them. I was given structured, detailed rehabilitation exercises and follow-up care for strengthening my cervical and thoracic spine. Every single person I encountered at this clinic listened to me. I felt heard, respected, safe, and supported. I trusted the guidance I was given—and it changed my life. Although the process involved significant discomfort and I still have challenging days, I did not and will not give up. Today, there are 90% more good days than bad. As of December 2025, I wake up with joy in my heart. I am more present for my four-year-old son and for life itself. Four days ago, I ran on a treadmill for 20 minutes with zero pain episodes. I am truly overwhelmed with gratitude as I write this. Thank you, Mark, Paul, and Connor. You didn’t just treat my injuries—you helped restore my hope, my movement, and my future. I will be forever grateful.Lire la suiteRéduire

I have been seeing Marc for 3 years now. I have seen many RMTS over the years he is the best! He squeezed me in the other day at the end of his schedule after I woke up with horrible low back pain. After the massage he took time to explain what I should be doing for exercises and stretches to help with the discomfort. He is professional and easy to talk to. 100 percent recommend making an appointment!Lire la suiteRéduire

I’ve been seeing Marc, RMT at Okanagan Sports Therapy since June 2024, and his support has been invaluable in helping me achieve my running goals. Thanks to his treatment and guidance, I ran my fastest marathon in Kelowna last fall and am on track for my 5th marathon in Vancouver this spring. Marc is helping me pursue my dream of qualifying for the Boston Marathon in Chicago this fall, ensuring I stay strong and injury-free while pushing my limits. As a female athlete, I trust Marc completely and highly recommend him to anyone chasing their goals!Lire la suiteRéduire

Paul knows his stuff. I had been utilizing "passive massage" for knee rehab prior, but Paul has completely tailored rehab to my needs (of wanting to get back to my activities). He understands performance based rehab, and is incredibly knowledgeable about what is needed to get my rehab on track that allows me to get back to my pre-injury strength and mobility. Thanks for expertly combining massage and injury rehab!Lire la suiteRéduire

Marc Leduc is such an amazing massage therapist! I have been seeing him for a few months now and have been seeing great improvements in my body’s overall condition - both in pain management as well as pinpointing and working on resolving my particular issues and injuries where previously they have been sort of “stuck” in their healing process. Very knowledgeable and always makes sure I’m comfortable. He is super easy to talk to and overall is a such a nice and genuine person. Run, walk or hobble to him for all your massage needs as I and my fiancé have! 😂👌Lire la suiteRéduire

Marc is one of the best therapists in the country. I am a bit of a washed up athlete. So I have a lot of pains. It was tough to be able to workout with less pain, play sports without pulling a muscle and play with my kids. Working with him solved these three problems.Lire la suiteRéduire
