Dr Yaad is incredible. I walked in with back pain so bad I could barely walk. I walked out feeling 90% better and a plan on how to try and prevent issues in the future. 2 appts and I fell better than 100%.

I’ve been working with Norine for a few months and it is safe to say that she has changed my life. She is incredible at what she does. She takes the time to do a deep dive and truly understand the root cause of your symptoms. The plan she created for me and the advice she gave me were absolutely life changing. Excellent staff. The receptionist, Sue, is very pleasant and so helpful. Dr. Moore, Naturopath, immediately made me feel comfortable and this was crucial to our patient/practitioner relationship. She initially listened to my concerns to then focus on identying my symptoms, and possible causes based on my personal results. After my previous massage therapist at another location moved out of the area, I spent over a year (and a lot of money) searching for another therapist who truly understood anatomy. Luisa has been a godsend! Her knowledge of muscular-skeletal issues and the interconnectivity is incredible and in a few months, my mobility has increased and ongoing pain decreased! I absolutely LOVE this place. The entire team is amazing. Everyone is incredibly helpful, empathetic, and well informed. Sim Gill has been my therapist for a couple of years and my mental health has greatly improved since I started seeing her. Elaine Lewis is well informed in preventative health. She is a great listener and she truly cares about her patients. Yaad and Joanne both have excellent bedside manner. They go above and beyond to make sure that I feel comfortable and that they adapt their methods to my lifestyle. Norine has helped me develop a vegan meal plan that works for my busy schedule. Both Curtis and Robin are excellent massage therapists. I regularly see almost everyone in the clinic and I always leave feeling better than when I came in.
