We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in the practitioner’s day that could have been offered to another patient. Patients who provide less than 48 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to the full treatment cost.
Alexis Petrunia, RCC will be on maternity leave as of October 1st, 2026. If you would like to book with her ahead of her time off you can book directly here.

“Clinic room is very calm and comfortable with nice music playing. I signed up after seeing a sale price on Lampost and the practitioner was aware. Later on, noticed I was charged the full first visit price on my credit card. Appointments were also booked without my consent. “Such a fantastic experience! I was greeted at the door by the lovely receptionist, Lauren, who immediately offered me tea. My treatment with Mellisa included acupuncture and cupping for my tight, achy hips. I walked out of the appointment feeling relief immediately.
