She’s super knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to listen and understand what’s going on instead of rushing through appointments. Great gym to start workout for beginner. My couch, Jerome is very knowledgeable as well as all the other floor couches. They are very attentive and encouraging. Very friendly and welcoming environment. I tried a few different gyms before but never enjoyed gym workout by myself. Dr. Yafa Elseri at OPEX in Abbotsford is honestly so much more than just a chiropractic appointment. Every visit feels like a mix of great treatment, helpful education, and genuinely good conversation. She has taught me so much about how my body works, what is causing certain issues, and how to actually improve things instead of just getting a quick adjustment and leaving. I've been seeing Dr. Ravneet Gill for 2 years now. I had been dealing with issues in my back, neck, and shoulders. I went from getting treated/fixed multiple times a week to now having to only come in 1-2 times a month for minor adjustments. She takes her time to explain what the exact problem is and how to treat it with practical strategies in our everyday. But for as great a chiropractor she is, she is an even greater person! OPEX has been extremely great! My husband and I have been coming here for over a year now. Our needs are always met. They don't rush, and always ask if there is a specific area that is an issue they can work on. Right after an adjustment Dr. Gill always make sure to ask how everything feels before sending me off. Amazing place for working out, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, rehab, and counselling. It’s in a nice central location too! I have been getting chiropractic here for a bit and it’s the first place that takes my knee injury seriously! Very reasonable prices too and respectful and responsive staff.
