“I had a great exprience with Optical Thirty 8 yesterday, I had to say the store design excess my expectation, the store had various glasses brands for you to choose.Also, the staff here was friendly, especially Linh, she was patience and knowledgeable. At the beginning, I didnt know what to choose because there were a lot of great glasses, but Linh showed my some recommendations based on my face shape and fashion trends which I was amazed after I wore it. I know that there are still many great glasses stores outside there, but if I have a chance, this would defintely the first place I introduce to my family and my friends.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“This is a really nice store. Has a bright and friendly atmosphere. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. Booking an eye exam was very straight forward and quick, and they make sure to work along with your benefits plan. Richard helped me by ordering in a pair of Meta RayBan glasses that were on backorder and weren't currently in-stock at the store. “I would highly recommend this place for getting glasses! They have tons of styles, bill directly to insurance, and have very reasonable prices. The associate who helped me, Akchika, was incredibly kind and patiently helped me try on glasses two days in a row. The eye exam was also really quick and Dr. Karen was very knowledgeable. “great place to buy contacts. they helped me get free trial pairs of different types (eg. with and without astigmatism) to help me find the perfect fit. “Hands down the best place for optometrist services I’ve been to. They really care about their clients. I was helped very quickly when we realized I had a retinal tear and I was referred to a specialist right away. So many great frames too! Gigi has been so pleasant and helpful through emails and Akchika helped me out to get my favorite new frame today and let me try out countless sunglasses. Everyone is beyond generous here, and there’s always tea and water available and a goodie bag when you get something. Couldn’t recommend them more.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Optical Thirty 8 used to be my favourite location for my glasses. I have been a customer since 2021 and got 5 pairs of glasses/sunglasses from them over the years. Their service used to be great but something changed this year. I ordered 1 pair of new glasses, 1 Oakley sunglasses, and asked to change the lenses on my previous frames (paid nearly $1000 total even after using my insurance) They told me it would take about 2 weeks for my glasses to be prepared. I got a text message (with no description on which glasses are ready) exactly 2 weeks later so I assumed my glasses were all ready. I drove over an hour to get to the store just to find out that only 1 of my 3 glasses were prepared. They apologized and told me that they would email me personally once the other 2 are prepared. I got no email. I had to call them one week later to followup and they told me it would take a few more days. In total it took over 3 weeks until I received another text (not an email like they initially promised). I went to the store this 3rd time and the glasses looked fine. The quality is what I expected. They told me they would package my glasses/Oakley sunglasses in its case. Great! When I got home I noticed the original lenses for the Oakleys were missing. Oakley sunglasses are expensive. The lenses are interchangeable and purchasing JUST the lenses is over $100. Why would Optical Thirty8 not give me the lenses that I purchased? I paid for the Oakley Sunglasses plus the prescription lenses?? I emailed them yesterday regarding my original lenses... waiting for a response. As a 5 year customer, I am quite disappointed with how things ended up with this store.”Lire la suiteRéduire
