“Practitioner is not covered at this location by Blue Cross. Make sure you double check. Was told it would be covered no direct billing had to pay upfront. Confirm your gender of therapist as well. Only tell you if you ask.”

“Dec 08, 2025 I found an opening for a massage on the Last Minute Massage website. I called to confirm if the slot was still open. The person who answered the phone did not answer with the name of the clinic which was odd. I had to ask if I reached the correct number. He booked me in the slot at 8pm. I arrived at 7:50 pm to the address shown but all the signage was for a different massage clinic (Evolution) which made me question if I was at the right location. Apparently that is the old clinic name and they haven't updated the signs. The exterior is quite dark as the exterior of the building lacks lighting. When I arrived, I was told that there would be a 40 minute wait. I was not going to wait 40 minutes when my appt was for 8pm. She apologized and stated that the therapist was the one that was late due to the slow traffic. I came from Polo Park and it took me 20 minutes to get there. I understand that life happens and the weather was poor earlier in the day but I would have appreciated a call so that I didn't drive there for no reason. That would have been a courteous gesture to let me know so I had the option to delay or cancel.”Lire la suiteRéduire
