I had a negative experience back in 2016. It's now 2023. I never said anything to Dr Sonny. I had a swimming incident April 2016. Grandview heights had just opened. Unfamiliar with their pool. I jumped off the small diving board and came up under one of the bulkheads. I had no idea. I thought they were 3 separate pools. Hit my head underneath. Couple days later. Terrible pain in my neck. When he seen me he told me my first rib was elevated and he would adjust it for me. Life was never the same after that adjustment. Instant pain. Like an electric shock through my arm and out my thumb. I came back the next day. Something wasn't right. A day or so later had to call the ambulance. Couldn't get out of bed. Went to a different chiropractor in white Rock. She wouldn't touch me till she seen x-rays. I filed a claim with the city of Surrey. It was accepted. Their claim adjuster told me I would be lucky to get my medical costs back. Offered me 2500$ I had absolutely no idea what I was dealing with. To find my first 5 ribs on the right side were out of alignment. Clavicle too. She tapped things into place. Was good till Dec2018 At which point my entire right arm had stopped working. All I could do was wiggle my fingers. Had an anterior disectomy. They go through the front of your throat. C4-C6 is titanium mobile discs now. My arm regained function after surgery. But there's still a pinched nerve in my right shoulder. Top of right forearm and bicep are still smaller and weaker than left arm. But definitely better than I was. 20/20 hindsight Kinda wish he would've sent me to the hospital for x-rays first. After surgery in 2018. I have never sought the services of a chiropractor again. Massage therapy and acupuncture would be my go to first.Lire la suiteRéduire

Dr.Sonny Sahota is amazing. I came in with excruciating pain, troubles breathing, due to three ribs being out of place. He was super attentive, he was able to fix the situation, and I left feeling a ton of relief immediately, I can only imagine it will get even better after my second treatment in a couple days! This is long overdue but I wanted to share my experience with Dr Sonny. Dr Sonny is a great chiropractor, he fixed me right up after a car accident I was in about a year ago. Would add more stars if I could. Have visited chiropractors my whole life, and my visit with Dr. Sonny was everything I could have asked for. He took time to ask quite a few questions beforehand, and when it came to the adjustment, was both decisive and incredibly precise with his movements. One of the best adjustment I've ever had. And to top it off, he's not one of those who will keep you coming back unnecessarily. Rather, he showed me some exercises that I can do at home and recommended I come back in a couple week to check the progress. I'll refer Optimal Chiropractic to anyone looking! Sonney is amazing and really cares about his practice, you can tell by how well he does his adjustments and the information he will print you on how to minimize reoccurring issues. I've seen many chiropractic services services hes up there with the top 2 people I've seen.
