For chiropractic patients: All new patients are required to book an ‘Initial Visit’ for their first appointment.

Any existing patient who has not attended the clinic for one year is required to book a ‘Re-evaluation’ for their first visit back. Any existing patient who has not attended the clinic for five years or more is required to book an ‘Initial Visit’ for their first visit back.

UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026:

A friendly reminder that cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments fall under our clinic-wide policy (50% for the first occurrence, 100% thereafter). This now includes chiropractic visits. Fees are not eligible for insurance submission. Thanks for your understanding!
