A credit card is required for online bookings. Your card information is securely stored through Stripe and will only be charged for no-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, please call, text, or email us. A no-show fee will apply if your cancellation is not confirmed by our office.

Masks are optional for both clients and therapists. Clients may request that their therapist wear a mask, and either the clinic or therapist may request masking if symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, or cold are present. If you have a fever or are feeling unwell , please cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee . Thank you for your cooperation.
