“The world's kindest, and efficient staff that value your feelings and thoughts and try and make the experience as quick and painless as possible! Thank you Dr Gill and all the people who make that place an actual joy to be at and I usually really hate dentist visit, but people like Lindsey and Dr Gill make it a fun experience! “I have been bringing my family to this dental office since we moved to Ladysmith in 2018. In that time we have seen many changes. This office has only improved since we started. Every hygienist we have seen has been kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The front of house staff are more than just their pretty faces! They go above and beyond to work around our schedules and pacing our appointments to work with our financial situation. The dentists are currently helping me solve a preexisting issue that has been ongoing. “Nothing but fantastic experiences here. The whole team is gentle and caring. Dr. Gill did three fillings in an hour. She was so gentle with the injections, checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and gave me time to relax my jaw. It was as easy and stress-free as a cleaning.
