Effective immediately, A valid credit card is now required to book all appointments. We also operate on a 24-hour cancellation policy—any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance either online or by calling the clinic.

Please ensure your intake form is fully completed and up to date. We require all clients to review and update their intake form annually to make sure nothing slips through the cracks and your care stays on point.
