“This was the first time I was there. I was not kept waiting even for a second. The paperwork was smooth although I had not filled out the online document. No hassles. The physiotherapist asked me real and pertinent questions and offered lots of information that I feel was very relevant. “ORIK is a great facility - bright, clean and well equipped. Colin was very helpful to me in dealing with a number of issues. He explained the anatomical issues clearly and provided appropriate exercises. He also used extracorporeal shockwave therapy on my rotator cuff tear, which was extremely beneficial. “Dr. Purvis was so sweet to deal with. I was able to get a cortisone shot in my thumb with minimum wait time. Also saw physiotherapist Erin. She too was so sweet and helpful.
