It seems this "clinic" and their staff exist not for patients, but for their own self-indulgence. Let me elaborate. I enrolled early this year with Vivien Guy. Seemed cordial and upbeat and worked okay for couple of sessions, as long as I was playing ball and did what she says and while talking about her personal stuff. Today I had, after couple of postponement a session where I said I want to pause the treatment for six months and allow my body to recover on its own. As if I had spit in her face. She tried convincing me to get more pills, increase the dosage on existing pills, rerun laboratory work, all of which I already had described I do not currently see value of doing. I am not fixing results, but a condition. When it became obvious to her I would not continue seeing her, she got so upset that she rushed to end our meeting at 20 minute mark and charged the full half hour. I do not split hair, so keep the fee. It is the last one, after all. Not sure what is with these so called "professionals" that they cannot understand that I am paying so that my well-being is in focus, not their wallet. For the owner: I see you got a few complaints there of similar kind. Maybe worth actioning some of them? And maybe some well-needed, customer-focused, customer service training?Lire la suiteRéduire

I've been a patient of Dr. McQuarrie for years and would recommend her to anyone! She's fantastic and very knowledgable. She's helped me with various health issues and I trust her completely with my health. My entire family and I also see Arianne Gosselin at their clinic and she is the best osteopath I have ever seen. Awful place! I wouldn't recommend Dr. Vivianne Guy to an enemy. She has no empathy whatsoever and is just plain rude. After charging me way over 500 dollars, she simply ignored two emails I sent her and asked her secretary to call me to charge for a third appointment (all of this within less than 2 months). All I wanted was a prescription for bioidentical hormones and she kept stalling me to grab more and more money. She also requested a saliva test that cost me way over 200 dollars and is available on Amazon for a much better price. She does not care about the patients. It's all about money. Let me just say that Dr. Jacqueline Smith really is an angel, a naturopathic angel that is. She has help my husband reach the heights of Ironman World Championships simply by narrowing in on a bacteria that was slowing him down. The advice she has given me is all evidence-based, and I love that she works well with traditional medicine too. I have never felt so amazing. I also recommended her to my staff, all my friends and family that are open minded and really want to heal and live their best life. They all love her! Dr Smith is full of compassion and love and really cares about helping you to find solutions so that you can be both happy and healthy. Great office support staff too. Love OIH!
