“I love Dr. Kate Piotrowski. She’s a great doctor and that’s why I’m coming back to Pacific eye clinic. When you come to the clinic, they perform all the tests you need, including measuring your eye pressure, which is excellent, and everyone is very professional. However, when you leave, if you don’t buy glasses from them, you actually have no idea what prescription you have in each eye if you need glasses or want to purchase them somewhere else. You also don’t know what your blood pressure reading was. When I asked what my pressure was, the assistant told me it was probably higher, but that she would let the doctor know.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“This was my first experience at Pacific Eye Doctors and it was an amazing experience. Not only was the level of professionalism from Dr Piotrowski and her team exemplary, they also spent the time to explain everything they were doing and why they were doing it. “Been going to Dr. Harpinder Gill at Pacific Eye Doctors since 2013. He is worth the drive from Vancouver. I find him very polite and thorough. On my opinion, he is a very knowledgeable Eye Doctor. He not only tells you the next step in the Eye exam, he explains as well as shows you what he finds. Always answers my questions to my satisfaction. I came in without my previous prescription, but that didn’t matter at all because Dr. Dhaliwal took the time to carefully go over all my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. “In the span of 2 months, Pacific Eye Doctors has messed up my orders. In March they gave me the wrong contact lenses. I made the trip back so I can get them exchanged. I get it. Errors happen. April comes - now this was really upsetting for me because I'm behind on bills thanks to their error. I received 2 text messages saying that my contact lenses order is being processed, but I didn't authorize it. I already got my supply in March. I checked the online ordering system to ensure it wasn't on auto order. It looked okay on my side, it was set to "Order once", but I figured I should double check with them. I spoke to Pacific Eye Doctors TWICE (on a Saturday and then Monday) to ensure the order was NOT processed and TWICE I was told there are 1.) no pending orders for me and 2.) that it wasn't on auto order because they checked. The reception said they would leave a note for the technician just in case. I get a third text message saying my contacts were ordered and I check my bank account. I was suddenly charged $540 for something I did not authorize. I called them again and they issued the refund but now it's going to take 7-10 business days and I have bills to pay 😢 What's frustrating is not the online system issue but the fact that I did my due diligence and called TWICE and both times it was missed. This is just way too many mistakes for me in the span of 30 days, but despite me own efforts to prevent it, I got screwed. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
