“Very professional. I have a lower back issue. Her initial massage was very reliving as well as the heat treatment. She understood my issues and asked the correct questions for my continuing treatment plan. The front receptionist was also very informative understanding of my issues. Payment and needs. “It was an Amazing Cure done for my knees. I had pain in my left knee, and it was treated by Dr Salim. It was in detail, and the best equipment was used for treatment. More Over at the Reception Desk Physiothearpy Assistant named Rutvi, was an excellent representative of Customer Service and gave in detail Information even though I got the appointment at the last moment. “I had my initial appointment and massage therapy visit in November and was offered good service. Before the session, I was assured that the clinic was covered by Manulife, so I proceeded with the treatment. Later, I discovered that the clinic is no longer covered by Manulife for the services they offer (flagged). I visited the clinic to clarify the situation and was told it was an issue with naming. They resubmitted the claim, but I received the same response. I reached out again on phone to the clinic and was told to expect a call back, but I have not received any response to date. The clinic is aware that Manulife has issues processing their claims. If I had been informed beforehand, I would not have availed the service, as I ended up paying out of pocket.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I’ve been working with physiotherapist Mansi for the past couple of months to help with a weak and painful ankle, and the results have been incredible. Within just a few appointments I noticed a huge improvement, and now I’m very close to full recovery. After years of pain, my only regret is not coming here sooner. The clinic itself is very welcoming with a great ambiance, which makes every visit pleasant. The only small thing I noticed is that the massage rooms can feel a bit cold, but otherwise everything has been excellent.
