Salt Bowl Ceremony - release and recalibrate

"I am ready" is the phrase that lands as you welcome yourself into this ceremony. Salt is known around the world for its purifying and cleansing properties. In this ceremony, there will be a communal salt bowl that has been intentionally prepared by Kenzie to include salts, plants, organics, essential oils and other sacred items. This is a place where you can release whatever is no longer serving you, giving it back to the earth via the salt bowl. This is a place where you can call in your highest alignment, allowing the salt to amplify your energy and recalibrate your being. Kenzie will guide all participants throughout the ceremony. She will create a safe space, holding energy for every person present. We will each have time to interact with the salt bowl individually, and also time to come together in community and support. At the end, each person will receive their own mother salt from the bowl to take home. This is an intimate group with no more than 7 attendees. Creating community with others is encouraged, and there will be time at the end to join a community group with Kenzie to keep in touch with others and share experiences.
