“I have been a client here for several years. Had several different massage therapist and chiropractors here, have never had an issue. Booked in a month ago, go to my appointment and receptionist says I cancelled my appointment..I reply I did not, this is a WCB appointment. She says oh looks like she accidentally cancelled it. I explained I already have a busy schedule plus I live out of town. Offered to rebook me in. So here's the thing, I said if a client doesn't show up, the office charges the client, where is the compensation for your mistake..there is none. I will be speaking with the owner , yes we all make mistakes but at least compensate for it..where is the customer service. “I’m a regular here for massage & chiropractor, and have been for over 10 years. The receptionists, masseuse, and chiropractor are always prompt and professional. The reception is a little awkward (two desks), but the staff are easy going and roll with it.”
