* We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any appointment that is booked *

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of appointment fee

• Less than 2 hours’ notice or missed appointment: 100% of appointment fee

. Less than 24 hour notice or missed appointment: $25 fee

This policy applies to all clients and appointments, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
