I have been attending physiotherapy sessions with Ami and Rushabh for my left shoulder which have minor and major tears around the rotator cuff due to an injury. From the very first visit I found the whole staff very warm, friendly and welcoming. After my first meeting with Ami and Rushabh I knew I was in good hands. Ami clearly explained the treatment that we were to follow with her and Rushabh worked with me in showing the many exercises I was to d o and provided the laser treatment . Both showed they truly cared for relieving my pain and strived to improve and strengthen the mobility of my shoulder. They are a great team. I have been attending physiotherapy sessions with Ami for chronic back pain that I have struggled with for years and my experience has been truly amazing. From my very first consultation, Ami and the crew have been warm, welcoming, and highly professional. She carefully explained the treatment process, what to expect during each session, and how the therapy would help improve my condition over time. She takes the time to listen, understand my concerns, and ensure I feel comfortable during every session. Thanks to her expertise and care, I have experienced a significant improvement in my back pain. Before starting treatment, I could not stand for long periods without experiencing severe pain that would sometimes bring me to tears. Now, I am able to do much more without discomfort. Really appreciate this team - Ami and Rush were kind, knowledgeable, and very patient with my questions about my injury and the treatments we were doing. I am seeing improvements. My hope was also to find a team I could stay connected with long-term for various physical health needs, and have found it in them. They seem to genuinely care about their patients. I am currently working with Ami for Reformer Pilates Physiotherapy. I am so impressed with my experience thus far. Ami is incredibly knowledgeable as a physiotherapist and has a deep understanding of the body. She really understands my injury and uses her expertise to support my recovery, incorporating effective rehab through reformer Pilates. I have also been receiving laser treatment from Rushabh, who is also incredibly knowledgable about the body/ my injury. All of the staff at Peak are very friendly, sincere, and helpful. I was looking for a physio place that was a good price near me. I found a place 5 minutes away that is cheaper than the place I was going to previously. Peak is in a beautiful and safe area, clean with extremely friendly staff. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. I have used all their services, physiotherapy, chiropractic care e and massage. All treatments were so amazing. I keep going back. I started off with Nick for my ankle and he has done such an amazing job helping me in my rehabilitation. Dr. O is currently helping me with my shoulder injury that I got from work which gets better everytime. He said something to me which has stuck with me, about training my body for it to function at work, you can’t just do something without training for it first. Not his exact words he said it better. My massage with Christine B was amazingly awesome, the pain I had before I saw her had disappeared after her treatment. Last certainly not least Ami who I do pelvic floor physiotherapy with. I had no idea how weak my pelvic floor was until I saw her for an assessment. Now since doing the treatments and exercises, I do not have to worry about peeing a little when I sneeze or cough. I’ve had an excellent experience with the team here Ami and her assistant for physiotherapy, Dr. Shivinder for chiropractic care, and massage therapy. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. The physiotherapists took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and created a personalized treatment plan that really helped improve my mobility and reduce pain. The chiropractor was very attentive and explained each adjustment clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I’ve been dealing with back/hip pain for many years and my improvement is amazing. The registered massage therapist Kaitlyn was fantastic as well — they target problem areas effectively while still making the sessions relaxing. You can tell they all work together as a team to support your overall recovery and well-being. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and booking appointments is always easy.
