Dr.Shona has done absolute wonders for my upper back pain during pregnancy. I feel so much better and look forward to continuing to work with her through my pregnancy. She is fantastic and I highly recommend to all! ☺️

I can’t even say enough good things about this place I went go karting and hurt my back, it was so so soar and I couldn’t deal with the pain anymore so I went here and let me just say it’s like a miracle happened! Instantly after just 2 sessions here I felt amazing my back was in tip top shape and I could feel the difference. The 2 people who made the experience even better were Chris and Natalie they were warm and welcoming and they helped me out a million so I juts wanna say if you ever feel like you need an adjustment I highly recommend them. Went for my first chiropractic appointment today and had the pleasure of having Dr Shona. She was very attentive and willing to discuss my concerns and got right to work on assessing and fixing them. She is so kind and gentle, her care and compassion for her clients comes shining through in everything she does.
