We encourage New Patients that are considering booking appointments to create an online profile prior to calling the office for your Initial appointment. We will recommend booking 3 appointments, your first being your ‘Initial appointment’ and 2 ‘Follow up appointments’-These are 1 week apart.

For returning patients: If you are unable to find your preferred appointment time, please add yourself to our waitlist with your desired time. We prioritize our waitlist.
