“Simo is the best Physiotherapist in Toronto, he is friendly, warm, loyal to his customers and he dam knows what he does. My severe leg pain was gone in 3 sessions! He also lets you use the Sauna and cold tub for free to improve circulation☺️”

“I fractured my arm a few months ago and was asked to undergo physiotherapy by my doctor. Simo had glowing reviews and I decided to see him. He did not disappoint! He is is an excellent physiotherapist. I have greatly benefitted from his treatment (exercises, trigger point dry needling, heat therapy.) He is approachable and accommodating, takes the time to understand the patient’s issues, explains the issues/treatment to them in a manner that they will understand and keeps them motivated. I would highly recommend him!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Simo is the best!
Nearly tore off my thumbs holding my ski poles incorrectly while avoiding some kids - collecting at a bottom of a fast hill is UNWISE (parents please!!!)
Since our family has been going to Simo for years - we found him at a new practice and he`s restored 100% functionality to my torn thumb ligaments using dry needling therapy. I should have sought him out earlier - I thought I had bad sprains. But after weeks realized it was more serious.
You won`t go wrong - he`s the BEST!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Always a consummate professional, our family has been seeing with Simo for over 5 years. He`s moved to a new location (I think it`s called Med-Hub) and we just followed him there. Never a disappointment. Always takes the time to understand your particular circumstance and issue. Then checks with you as he builds a routine or treatment plan to get you back to being You.
He's great with kids! - Helped my 12 yo with a sports injury and without fail does what he's promised and follows up.
Exceptional. We'll never leave. 5*
Highly Recommended”Lire la suiteRéduire

“By far the best physiotherapist I have ever gotten to see. As someone with a myriad of sports injuries ranging from ho key to Muay Thai to weightlifting I've been in and out of various physiotherapists offices many times. That will no longer be the case now that I've been treated by Simo. His work on both diagnosing my shoulder injuries and his treatments had me back in the gym in less than half the time I was expecting to be out. Absolute professional with a unique knowledge of his craft and skillset. Could not recommend more.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Simo is the best thing, health care and otherwise, that happened to me since I stepped foot in Canada last December. I came in for a back pain that I got from my day job (being a father to a toddler, thankless job smh). I strained my back from carrying my kid and have had sleepless nights because of the pain. Simo calls it "adjusting", but I like to call it "cracking the right places" cos that's what he did. He cracked me like a crunchy dry leaf and stretched me just enough that I feel like I can do a proper grand jeté right after. He also had me do exercises that I can do by myself at home. There were a lot! And I was about to pull out a pen and paper cos I probably won't remember them all but he whipped out his phone and took photos of me and sent it to my email for reference. I looked ugly but the convenience of it? 5 stars. Then he showed me correct postures next time I lift my kid and I'm like you sure you know this bro cos toddler business is different, like you can't even maintain a good sleep, how much more a good posture. But then I saw this mug he has on his table with DAD written on it and a picture of him carrying two toddler boys and I was like damn I gotta up my game. Maybe the only negative experience I had during the session is that Simo told me we're doing the sessions once a week for 3 weeks cos I want to do it everyday. Asking me would I recommend Simo is like asking me if I love my kid. (The answer is yes, in case anyone is wondering).
**** Typed this with my stacked shoulders and squeezed gluts. Thank you, Simo ****”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I went to Simo as I had a herniated disc in my lower lumbar section. I injured myself in October 2020 and only met Simo closer to April 2021. I'm certain I'd have felt a lot better sooner if I would have met him earlier.
I did go to another physiotherapist for almost 4 months at a well-known centre and got very little relief with their treatment. I was stuck with steroidal injections and very very little guidance on what I should or should not do. Within just a month with Simo, I've been able to walk and sleep painlessly for the first time in almost half a year! No injections and no more pain medication for the first time in months! His method is rapid, effective, and more hands-on - something that was definitely missing in my last practice. He is patient and really thoughtful and keeps his patients well-being front and centre. I highly recommend him!!”Lire la suiteRéduire
