“Fantastic experience with my three sessions with Mary-Katherine. She got to the root of the problem with my knees (my back & pelvis were misaligned), started with repairing the main problem and now getting my knee function back to where it once was. Both of my knees have the same problems and since we’re working on one at a time, I can feel the disparity of one being strengthened and the other with limited strength & function. “I suffer from chronic headaches stemming all from tension in my neck/shoulder upper back area. This has been an issue my whole life - back to back headaches. Skeptical upon my first visit with Mary Kathryn, her methods including shockwave therapy has made a tremendous difference in such a short period of time! My headaches are less frequent, less intense and my range in motion which was limited when turning my head to the left is almost fully corrected. She's extremely knowledgeable and professional.
